Armstrong Aerospace engineers and staff have an extensive understanding of regulatory agency certification practices. Our engineers and sales support staff have access to Federal Aviation Administration Supplemental Type Certificates and Parts Manufacturing Approval.

We have worked on over one hundred STC projects and holds over ninety US and Foreign STC’s on various In-Flight Entertainment Systems including, Broadband and Wi-Fi, Satellite TV, In-Seat Power and AVOD, Air-to-ground Telephone, as well as such avionics systems like GPS, EFB, RAAS and TCAS. We also hold several STCs for equipment rack installations located in the E&E Bay, Cargo Bay and Passenger Cabin Overhead.

We’ve worked with and hold STCs from CAAs (Civil Aviation Authorities) all over the world, including EASA (Europe), CASA (Australia), HKCAA (Hong Kong), JCAB (Japan), CAAC (China), GCAA (United Arab Emirates) and CAAS (Singapore) just to name a few.
